What was the highlight of Apartamentos Turísticos Gida by Umbral
Good
The room was surprisingly big. We had there air condition and we could use it for lowest temperature and highest. The view from the balcony was very nice and quiet.
We couldn’t find a lady from reception when we needed her, but it doesn’t matter at all because she couldn’t speak English. They didn’t clean our garbage from kitchen for 4 days and also from bathroom (you can’t flush the toilet paper). We had to buy more toilet paper.

I had a top floor room with a south facing window and a west facing balcony. Great views all round. Plenty of hot water. Supermarket within ten minutes walk. Nearest beach thirty minutes walk. Pleasant garden and good pool although the water is not heated and, unsurprisingly, it was too cold for me t

Check in shamefully not-working. Otherwise ok.
Room was large, balcony nice with sunset view. Hot water in shower. Nice quiet neighbourhood with trees and birds. Big supermarket just 500m from apartment.
The check in was a total farce! There is nobody at the reception, ever. The telephonenumber we got in an email was anwered by a person with very poor english. We waited for an hour and talked to 3 different people until one of them (not even an employee of the firmPortugalferias) managed to tell us where we could find the key to our room. We stayed here for two weeks, and noticed that several other people had these same problems, some had not managed to get a key at all and had to book from another hotel. This is shameful! Get the check in system working and then this place is an ok value for the affordable price you pay. But if your first welcome is like i described, no one will want to come back.

Enjoyable, value for money! Florbella was a wonderful keeper.
Location was good, close to all. Room was clean. Beds were good. Kitchen was good enough. Pool looked good, too cold to swim. Loved the barbeque area!
Not anything, price matched the stay.
